M3U8Player provides a browser-based client-side streaming parsing and playback technical utility.

  • No Content Provided: This Website does not host, store, upload, distribute, or index any audio, video, or streaming media files.
  • Client-Side Operation: All video decoding and playback logic occur exclusively within your local device’s browser. Your device establishes a direct connection with third-party video source servers. This Website does not act as a proxy and does not relay or retransmit any video traffic.

2. User Responsibility & Lawful Use

Any streaming links (such as .m3u8, .hls, .m3u, etc.) entered into this tool are provided solely by you. You agree to assume full legal responsibility for your actions and pledge to comply with the following rules:

  1. Copyright & Authorization: You warrant that you possess the legal rights, proper authorization, or explicit permission to view, test, or play the media streams you input.
  2. Prohibited Content: You may not use this tool to play, render, or propagate any content that is illegal, violent, promotes hate speech, contains child pornography, or violates any applicable local or international laws.
  3. Prohibition of Abuse: You shall not attempt to reverse engineer the site, compromise our infrastructure, use automated scripts to launch malicious requests (such as DDoS attacks), or bypass security mechanisms like Cloudflare.

Any legal disputes arising from the playback of non-compliant content are strictly between you and the content provider; M3U8Player assumes zero liability.

3. Intellectual Property & DMCA

M3U8Player respects the intellectual property rights of others. However, because this Website does not host or transmit any media content, we lack the technical capacity to remove or “take down” specific video streams at the server level.

  • If you are a copyright owner and find that our client-side tool is being used to play your protected content, please note: The media files are not stored on our servers.
  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices or takedown requests must be directed to the hosting provider actually storing the infringing media stream. Once the source server is blocked, the link will naturally cease to function within our player.
